God provided, through Bob Cooley's son-in-law in Lima.  The main square was not possible because of all the red tape with the Mayor's office and the short time frame. Yet God provided for the Plaza de Mayor, just a few minutes from camp. After 2 weeks up the river we will head to Bolivia on March 16th. Being the educated Americans that we are, we recognize that without treating the dogs fumigation would only be a short time fix. So we tried to think of ways to get the dogs treated or moved.What to do?
